Services

From The Ground Down

One crew. Five specialties.

Most jobs need more than one of these. Handling them all in-house means the schedule doesn't stall waiting on a subcontractor, and there's one person accountable when something has to change.

Septic & Sewer

This is the work we're known for. Whether you're putting a new system on raw land or trying to find out why the one you have keeps backing up, it starts with understanding what the ground will actually accept.
What that includes
  • Percolation testing and soil analysis
  • Septic system installation
  • Septic repair
  • Sewer connections and line work

Excavation

Dirt work sets the terms for everything built on top of it. Get the grade wrong and you'll be chasing water for the life of the property. We'd rather spend the extra half day now.
What that includes
  • Excavation for footings
  • Grading
  • Pre-cast concrete retention walls
  • Boulder walls
  • Site clearing
  • Infrastructure and land improvement

Utilities

Water, power and sewer, trenched and bedded to spec. Nobody will ever see this work once it's covered, which is exactly why the tolerances matter and why fixing it later costs so much.
What that includes
  • Water line installation
  • Underground power
  • Sewer laterals and mains
  • Trenching, bedding and backfill

Demolition

Taking something down is not the same as knocking it over. Utilities get disconnected first, debris gets hauled, and the lot gets left ready for whatever comes next.
What that includes
  • Whole house demolition
  • Concrete demolition
  • Debris removal and haul-off
  • Site left graded and clear

Concrete

We prep it and we pour it, so there's no dead time between the excavator leaving and a concrete crew showing up. One company, one schedule, one number to call when a date needs to move.
What that includes
  • Footings
  • Foundations
  • Flatwork
  • Concrete preparation

Working with us

How It Goes

No runaround. Here is everything that happens between your first call and the day we pull the equipment off your property.

01

You call

Tell us what you're dealing with. If it's an emergency, say so up front and we'll triage it on the phone.

02

We walk it

Someone comes out and looks at the actual site. Access, slope, soil, existing utilities, and whatever is in the way.

03

You get a number

A written estimate with the scope spelled out. What's included, what isn't, and what could change once we're digging.

04

We dig

Scheduled, permitted where required, and cleaned up behind us. You'll know who is on your property and when.

Start Here

Tell us where the site is, what you're trying to do, and roughly when you need it.

You don't need to know what the job is called. Describe it in plain words and we'll work out the rest. If we need more, we'll pick up the phone.
